Shipping Methods & Seasonal Considerations
Summer Shipping (Warm Weather Months): Because our products have a low melting point, we exclusively ship via USPS Priority Mail during the summer months to ensure faster delivery and minimize the risk of melting. During the summer months, orders placed Thursday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday to avoid excess days in possession of the postal service.
Winter Shipping (Cooler Months): During colder seasons, we may ship USPS Ground Advantage as an alternative shipping method.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Carrier
We use third-party carriers for all shipping. Once an order leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the package to you.
Responsibility for Packages
Ēcani is NOT LIABLE for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages or for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once your order is dispatched from our facility and tracking information is provided, the responsibility for the safe delivery of the package lies with the shipping carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Ēcani is NOT RESPONSIBLE for replacing or refunding any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping company directly to resolve the issue. Any claims related to delivery problems must be made with the carrier.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please monitor your tracking status to stay updated on your shipment’s progress. If you experience any issues with the tracking or delivery, please reach out to the shipping company directly.
Delayed Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Ēcani is NOT responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, including weather disruptions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
